How to purchase a Be Lenka gift voucher?

1. Choose the value of the gift voucher you wish to buy.
2. Enter the email address of the person you want to gift it to.
3. Enter the person's First & Last name
4. Add the gift voucher to the shopping cart
5. Continue to the checkout section and complete the order.

You will receive an order confirmation email.

We will send a PDF version of the gift certificate to the recipient's email address showing the following details:

• Value of the voucher
• Unique gift voucher discount code
• First & Last name of the recipient
• Validity of the discount code (1 year)

Note: If you do not wish to provide the recipient's email address, you can get it sent to you and forward the PDF gift certificate.

How to redeem a Be Lenka gift voucher?

1. Apply the gift voucher code, at the checkout stage of the order, on our website.
2. The order value will be reduced by voucher code value.
3. Proceed to pay for the difference and place the order.
4. If the gift voucher value completely covers the order value, you can place the order without paying.

Please note: The gift voucher can be purchased with a custom amount starting from 25 euros. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It cannot be renewed after expiry, nor refunded after its validity ends. No refund will be given in the case of order cancellation or product return; instead, a new voucher may be offered. The voucher is valid exclusively in the e-shop, cannot be combined with other coupons, and is not exchangeable for cash. Only one gift voucher can be used per order. Shipping costs are not included in the voucher value.
